ARE THE WATCHES WATERPROOF?

Salute Watches are have a water resistance of 3ATM. This is NOT waterproof, however a little bit of rain and light splashes won't be a problem. Swimming or leaving watches in a wet area however will cause damage, possibly irreparable. 

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

We aim to begin shipping on the day of purchase, dependant on what time the product was bought. During busy periods, it may take up to 48 hours before shipping may commence.

 

The average shipping time for each state and territory in Australia using registered or expressing shipping are listed below.

Registered Post : (Non Express)

- Victoria : 2-5 days

- New South Wales / South Australia /Australian Capital Territory: 3-6 days

- Queensland / Tasmania 3-7 days

- Western Australia / Northern Territory : 3-9 days

Express Shipping

-Next day delivery for all surrounding city areas

-2-3 days required for rural areas, Western Australia and Northern Territory

DOES MY WATCH HAVE A WARRANTY?  

All watches have a one year manufactures guarantee. This warranty ONLY covers manufacture malfunctions and defects. 

Please note that the warranty does not guarantee compensation for any watches damaged by your own accord, or by everyday wear and tear. For instance, watches that have been dropped in water, stepped on, general bumps and dents etc. This includes both the watch itself AND/OR straps.

CAN I RETURN MY WATCH FOR ANY REASON?

In the bizarre instance that you would want to return your timepiece, you can do so within a 14 day period AFTER the watch has been shipped from the the Salute Watches hub. 

To be eligible for returns, please note that the product must be returned IN THE SAME CONDITION that it was shipped in. 

This includes ; 

  • Clear film must cover both the watch face (and strap in the case of mesh watches)
  • Must also include the box in which the watch was shipped and received

You must also have a proof of purchase, including both order number & name. (Proof of identification is not but is helpful)
