At Salute Watches, we understand that you happiness is not always guaranteed. In the event that you wish to return your product, you will have a 14 day period to do so once the order has left the Salute Watches hub.

However, to be eligible for a return, you must meet the following guidelines. 

  1. The product MUST be unworn
  2. The product MUST be in the same condition that you received it in. Therefore. MUST include the plastic film both on the watch face (and in the case of a mesh timepiece, the film on the strap must also be intact and attached)
  3. The product MUST be sent back in it's original box
  4. You MUST have proof of purchase (order number & name)

*Once you have alerted the office, you will receive an 'Eligibility of Returns' form which you MUST both complete and sign* (Please note that without completing this form, you will not be able to return the product and receive a full refund)

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND/EXCHANGE TO GET TO ME?

Once we have received your 'Eligibility of Returns' form, and posted your return, we will complete your refund within a 14 day period of receiving the return at the address that will be disclosed to you via email. The refund will be distributed to you through whatever Credit Card / PayPal Account / Afterpay account you used to make your payment. 

Exchanges can be arranged through the same email address. Once the office receives your 'Eligibility of Returns' form and returned product, an exchange will be organised and posted within 7 business days.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SALUTE WATCHES WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY LOST POSTS SENT ON YOUR OWN BEHALF. 

Please be sure to use a registered and trustworthy postage entity (i.e, Australia Post) to deliver your return, as Salute Watches cannot submit either refunds or exchanges without the original return. It is highly recommended that you keep your packages postage tracking number so that you are aware of its whereabouts. 

Please also note that Salute Watches will not compensate, nor cover postage for returns sent on your own behalf. The consumer is liable to their own postage expenses in the matter of returns/exchanges.
